We purchased brand new Winnebago Towable Destination 37FL in March from La Mesa, Port St. Lucie, FL. Unit did not arrive as ordered. It came in with only 1 a/c unit and nbo washer/dryer. Frame, Lippert Components, is rusted. Is this the way that Winnebago does business. Service manager at Winnebago Towables, Ron, asked me "What do I expect, its only an R V?" I told him I ordered a new one... Read more

Bought a brand new 2014 Tour 42 QD. From the day I picked it up it has been a quality (lack of) nightmare. As of June 2015 there have been over 80 failures. Over 100 days waiting for parts or repairs. Many of the failures are repeats---5 slide out repairs on the same slide, three leveling system problems, leaks galore, replaced windows, energy management system went up in smoke-literally,... Purchased a 2013 Itasca ellipse and as soon as it rained , the area from the drivers side to the bedroom of the Motorhome leaked water really bad. Had to place 4 buckets to catch the water. I also paid a prep charge to the dealer and no one noticed the large gap in the front cap or the missing seal on the large slide out . Purchased a $10,000 warranty that was useless. Was told by the dealer... Read more

I bought a new Sunset Creek for last summer. It was beautiful with outside kitchen, which was great for having grandchildren with me. Had a good summer with it last year. It is permanently in a campground, up on blocks, and can't be moved. This year I opened up and the air conditioner would not work. The problem with buying Winnebago is that it can only be serviced by Winnebago. Had I known... Read more

All metal parts have fallen due to extensive rust. While we were driving, one got caught under the back dual tires, and we thought the rear end of the motorhome collapsed. All drawer slides do not slide, drawer handles have broken off. We have sent all photos to Winnegabo, NO HELP. We drove to Iowa to pick up our new Navion Itasca MH, contacted the dealer-NO HELP! What a scam operation Winnebago... Read more

We purchased a Winnebago destination at LaMesa RV on April 1, 2015. We slept in it one night. The bedroom slide ceased to work after that one night. It is now nearly June 1st and the problem has not been resolved. We have gotten no satisfaction from LaMesa. We paid nearly $90,000 for the unit. Needless to say, we are more than a little frustrated and do not know where to turn next. Add comment

Rpalced windshield both sides, driver and passenger. Before replacement I was informed I needed to correct the rust issue around the windshield frame. Cost to me was $1800.00 plus the cost of the 2 windshields. This past month I incurred another windshield break on the drivers side. Called to have it replaced and informed it could not be installed unless the rust issue is corrected.. In both... Read more

I developed some unusual sounds in the back of my motorhome and then I found the gray water holding tank coming down out of its retaining area. I took it to a local repair shop and they found that the holding tank was not installed correctly. The straps that hold the tank in were never bolted in. I have attached the invoice for $151.80 and request that you reimburse me for the expense even... Read more

Sliding bathroom door fell of tracks 6 times. Has been back to dealer 3 times. Alde heater shipped with defect -- out of service for weeks. No gravity feed water fill port. No access to water pump (they put it in a sealed up area -- no way to service the filter/strainer). After very poor responses from customer service, I wrote an email and requested a review from a higher level. Tom... Read more
