Vehicle is still "new" never been used or camped in. Bought it on line, so to speak, by shopping dealers. Picked it up and drove it 600 miles home. Our greatest disappointment has been spending almost $100K on a brand new 2014 Winnebago ERA and learning that the dealer, other Winnebago service centers AND Winnebago headquarters in Forest City, IA will NOT stand by the new Winnebago or service it properly. I purchased a new 2013 Adventurer and have had multiple problems. There were two recalls which have been resolved,hopefully. The slides are now all separating on the outside walls. I purchased a 2013 winnie trailer. First trip the brakes locked up, drug the trailer home. Second trip a/c went out. Made in America really!!! So very disppointed with this product. We are new to the RV world love the design comfortable to sit in but very dangerous to drive. The wheel base is to short for a vehicle this size. Other manufactures have a bigger wheel base for same size MH. Before we left the dealership, the floor tiles were cracking from the defective rollers on the slides. There is a vibration in the front of the vehicle and excessive wind noise that it is distracting and dangerous to operate the vehicle as intended.
