Rpalced windshield both sides, driver and passenger. Before replacement I was informed I needed to correct the rust issue around the windshield frame. Cost to me was $1800.00 plus the cost of the 2 windshields. This past month I incurred another windshield break on the drivers side. Called to have it replaced and informed it could not be installed unless the rust issue is corrected.. In both... Read more

I developed some unusual sounds in the back of my motorhome and then I found the gray water holding tank coming down out of its retaining area. I took it to a local repair shop and they found that the holding tank was not installed correctly. The straps that hold the tank in were never bolted in. I have attached the invoice for $151.80 and request that you reimburse me for the expense even... Read more

Sliding bathroom door fell of tracks 6 times. Has been back to dealer 3 times. Alde heater shipped with defect -- out of service for weeks. No gravity feed water fill port. No access to water pump (they put it in a sealed up area -- no way to service the filter/strainer). After very poor responses from customer service, I wrote an email and requested a review from a higher level. Tom... Read more

We Purchased a brand new 2015 Winnebago Vista 31 KE. Apparently I should have gone over the unit with a fine tooth comb. I didn't feel that would be necessary beings we were getting a brand new coach, as well of all the good reviews from Winnebago owners, in hindsight I should have. Very poor workmanship, the very first issue the screen door didn't latch, not a big deal an easy fix. Second the... Read more

I had asked on Facebook if I thought I had a problem with Winnebago, should I post it there and you replied to email you here. I have been in contact with Rod Schlingmann, one of your service advisers, on and off since last September. He has taken his time and answered most questions I have had about what I think is an inferior metal and coating used in your storage units, under the 2007 View. I... Read more

After we brought it home we noticed brown spots on both mirrors we cleaned the spots in which we thought were just dirt. We found 20+ issues with it and had to bring it back to the dealer on the way there we stopped at a stop sign and water poured out of both sides the dealer said they would need a couple of weeks to see what the problem was. It has now been at the dealers for 5 1/2 months... Read more

Purchase new from Camping World. Got it home and found out water heater was hooked up wrong. Will only heat water on bypass setting, toilet bowl won't hold water (toilet installed crooked). A/C fans wired wrong, hi is low and low is hi. Shoddy workmanship throughout, i.e., bad caulks, missing trim, crooked gaskets, missing icemaker filter, too many more to list. Camping says bring it in,... Read more

We purchased a brand new Winnebago Adventurer Q38 in April 2014. When we went to pick it up we were told that the washer motor was broken. During the walk through several more problems were discovered including that the sink cabinet was never screwed down..this caused all the plumbing lines to be broken. On every trip we discovered more problems..the shower door did not stay closed because the... Read more

Dear Sir/Madam When we decided to buy our first RV last September we chose Winnebago based on all the excellent reviews we read about the high quality of your product and especially about the outstanding after sales service, with all parts numbered and easily replaced in case they were faulty. Unfortunately, our experience has not been quite the same. A few weeks after purchasing our brand new... Read more
