After we brought it home we noticed brown spots on both mirrors we cleaned the spots in which we thought were just dirt. We found 20+ issues with it and had to bring it back to the dealer on the way there we stopped at a stop sign and water poured out of both sides the dealer said they would need a couple of weeks to see what the problem was. It has now been at the dealers for 5 1/2 months... Read more

Purchase new from Camping World. Got it home and found out water heater was hooked up wrong. Will only heat water on bypass setting, toilet bowl won't hold water (toilet installed crooked). A/C fans wired wrong, hi is low and low is hi. Shoddy workmanship throughout, i.e., bad caulks, missing trim, crooked gaskets, missing icemaker filter, too many more to list. Camping says bring it in,... Read more

View M 2014 17,000 miles. Camper World, Fort Meyers, needed a small clip for a window shade, sent back out side for the vin by Ron before I could even talk with a Winnabago rep, he sent me to home depot, they did not have it. now back to the dealer which is right down the road from the factory, but I need to arrive before 10:00 am because they can not order parts from the factory after that. It... Read more

We purchased a brand new Winnebago Adventurer Q38 in April 2014. When we went to pick it up we were told that the washer motor was broken. During the walk through several more problems were discovered including that the sink cabinet was never screwed down..this caused all the plumbing lines to be broken. On every trip we discovered more problems..the shower door did not stay closed because the... Read more

Dear Sir/Madam When we decided to buy our first RV last September we chose Winnebago based on all the excellent reviews we read about the high quality of your product and especially about the outstanding after sales service, with all parts numbered and easily replaced in case they were faulty. Unfortunately, our experience has not been quite the same. A few weeks after purchasing our brand new... Read more

Vehicle is still "new" never been used or camped in. Bought it on line, so to speak, by shopping dealers. Picked it up and drove it 600 miles home. First wash I noticed paint coming off, brought it in, they said they would look into it. Second wash, more paint fell off. Called Winnebago, they told me to have it looked at (after trying to blame Mercedes initially for their paint).Long story short,... Read more

Our unit is a 2005 Winnebago Adventurer 38J- a beautiful design with a floor plan that my wife loves BUT the paint has spider cracking over the entire unit! Our initial contact with Winnebago in 2008 was frustrating- we were told that since we were second owners (we bought it in 2006 from a Winnebago dealer) we had limited coverage. We sent photos but no there was no response. Questions regarding... Read more

Our greatest disappointment has been spending almost $100K on a brand new 2014 Winnebago ERA and learning that the dealer, other Winnebago service centers AND Winnebago headquarters in Forest City, IA will NOT stand by the new Winnebago or service it properly. All the homework and research we did prior to the purchase could not have prepared us for the absolute nightmare we encountered with... Read more

I purchased a new 2013 Adventurer and have had multiple problems. There were two recalls which have been resolved, hopefully. The slides are now all separating on the outside walls. I am now working with Winnebago in an effort to resolve the problems. Some of the earlier model 2013s have had this problem according to my investigation. There is some floor damage as a result of the slides making... Read more
