Our greatest disappointment has been spending almost $100K on a brand new 2014 Winnebago ERA and learning that the dealer, other Winnebago service centers AND Winnebago headquarters in Forest City, IA will NOT stand by the new Winnebago or service it properly. All the homework and research we did prior to the purchase could not have prepared us for the absolute nightmare we encountered with... Read more

I purchased a new 2013 Adventurer and have had multiple problems. There were two recalls which have been resolved, hopefully. The slides are now all separating on the outside walls. I am now working with Winnebago in an effort to resolve the problems. Some of the earlier model 2013s have had this problem according to my investigation. There is some floor damage as a result of the slides making... Read more

I purchased a 2013 winnie trailer. First trip the brakes locked up, drug the trailer home. Second trip a/c went out. Made in America really!!! So very disppointed with this product. Bought at camping world charleston sc. Braking problem was taken to cAmping world myrtle beach. I had to tell the service writer who to contact for warranty coverage. 2 months later I got the trailer back... Read more

We are new to the RV world love the design comfortable to sit in but very dangerous to drive. The wheel base is to short for a vehicle this size. Other manufactures have a bigger wheel base for same size MH. I feel that Winnebago has a great design but very poor choice of wheel base, the vehicle will not track you need to hold on tight to the steering wheel and we were only able to drive about... Before we left the dealership, the floor tiles were cracking from the defective rollers on the slides. There is a vibration in the front of the vehicle and excessive wind noise that it is distracting and dangerous to operate the vehicle as intended. Electrical plugs have been replaced due to humming, however something is still wrong. Sometimes the lights work, sometime they don't! Both slides... Read more

I am a veteran rv'er and also have a 2010 Diesel pusher, bought the Winnie Minnie for shorter trips (2013 Minnie 2101 FBS). There were a few minor issues I was able to rectify myself but NOTHING compared to a motorized rv which is the norm. Often, people tend to moan and groan about the smallest of issues......like not liking cabinet catches, window treatment hardware, loose fittings at faucets,... Read more

We bought a 2011 Winnebago Vista in July 2012. The first time we took it out for a two month shakedown cruise. The microwave/convection oven did not work, the slides would stick, and on and on. My husband decided to have it washed and when the mobile RV washers were rinsing the unit all the windows leaked with water gushing in. We did have everything fixed, and things seemed to be fine,... I purchased a new 2005 Winnebago Sightseer and have had nothing but problems from the day we drove it off the lot. The entire undercarriage was rusted upon getting it home the jacks (due to rust) got stuck. We contacted Winnebago Dealership they told us to bring it back and they would fix the issues. Upon returning the home they found more issues due to rusting. We were told that they would... Read more

We purchased a brand new Vista 30 T from Lichtsinn Motors in Forest City Iowa. We had never owned a RV before, and relied on what we thought was the reputation of both Winnebago Ind and the dealer we purchased from. Soon after beginning our road trip home to Oregon from Forest City, we noticed the coach 'wandered' and would not track straight at highway speeds. Also it became apparent you could... Read more

Purchased this vehicle in August of 2013. The vehicle does not scale with a full load. Dangerous to drive without modifications! Winnebago will not pay for these modifications - even though some dealers seem to know about these issues. I have asked winnebago to certify this vehicle per Ford that it is safe at below Fords specs., since their own regional service manager test drove the unit and... Read more
