Since our purchase in April 2015, this Winniebago Reyo has been a nigt mare, the following winter our rv was left at Lamesa rv for three months, and basically nothing was fixed except the bathroom door fitted crookedmnand the wssher jet hoses replsced. Since then Winniebago has dragged their feet, and nothing happened, after months of writting, begging pleading with Winniebago, we lost all patience and traded it in, telling the dealer about the... We purchased our new Winnebago August 2016 and we love the unit. However we used Demontrond RV in Houston,Texas as our dealer. Bad mistake! When we went to do the walk through my husband notice a dent on the back where it had hit something and the paint was gone! Also,it had dried caulking smeared all over the unit,it was missing a vent cover and the unit was dirty. We paid to have a huge generator put in the unit that will pull everything on... Read more

Nothing Happened. Drove from Panama City, FL to Ft Wayne, IN, to Yellowstone by way of the Badlands, and Custer, then down to the Tetons and then down to Zion and Bryce, later on to Santa Fe before heading home. Averaged 8.24 MPG towing a 2016 Honda HRV. Regulating the hot water has been an issue since I took possession as a new unit. I did figure out with help from the heater unit manufacturer that using the cold water as a mixer does not fix... Read more

Purchased Journey on 9/1/16. We had it delivered since the tech staff could not find a way of installing the Direct TV receiver for the Winegard Road Trip T4. After talking to Direct TV, they identified the HR-24 as being the correct receiver. Found about a dozen issues with the unit before using it. Attempted to find a solution with Winnebago Customer business and Lichtsinn to avail. The dealer is suppose to fix all deficiencies prior to... Read more

We traveled from California to Forest City Iowa for our 2016 Winnebago Vista 35' to get some very needed repairs. Dealers only offered frustration which seems to be a common trend. We did not have an appointment for repairs. Al Steen seemed to be the main person incharge he works very hard to satisfy all the customers. Becca at the front desk needs a raise, GREAT MULTITASKER, and we worked with quite a few techs up front checking out our vehicle... Read more

I purchased a 2016 Forza 38R in August 2015. When received from the factory, the shower door was broken and off its mountings. Winnebago asserted that the door likely was not locked in transit. Since then, the door has repeatedly failed; as have many others although Winnebago asserts that "we never heard of this before". After many calls to Winnebago and hours on hold, Winnebago finally agreed to replace the door with a hinged design. ... Read more

We traded in a 2002 40' diesel class A for a 26' gas Vista. Huge difference in quality and workmanship. The new motorhome is so cheaply designed. Only a month old and stuff falling apart and rusting. Shame on you Winnebago, you lowered your stadnrds too much.

2017 micro minne 1700 bh. My son had OFF bug repellent on. Sat at the table, his arm was touching the wall. Took the paint right off. I now have a big no paint spot on wall as soon as you walk into the camper.

Bought a 2016 Sunova 35g from Camping World in Wentzville, MO. Told them recliner was broken, and it wasn't fixed it would be a deal breaker. Came back a week later and took them at their word all was fixed. Bad mistake. Recliner will go up but not down. Takes a strong husband to stand up and force it down. Refrigerator stopped working. Had to use a cooler for 3 weeks. Might as well been tent camping. No hot water in shower. Multiple calls to... Read more

Bought a new 2016 Winnebago Trend Diesel 623L, for $74K. On our third trip, we broke down outside Flagstaff, AZ. Called the Winnebago Roadside Asst # and was given the option of having the vehicle towed or take it to Flagstaff for service (20 miles). The breakdown people told us to save all receipts!!! The coach could be driven at no more than 2,000 engine RPM (called limp mode), so we decided to drive to a dealer. The Dodge dealer we were... Read more
