Spent a lot of time on just where and who we would be purchasing our next RV from. After hours of research, we decide to buy our first Winn.

out of state in Rockford, IL. The dealership was a lot smaller than it looked on the internet and we always had talked over the phone to Terry but when we arrived to pick up the rv we were taken care of by his son . As described on line the rv was missing some things it stated it came with. So we had to wait for this to be taken care of.

When we were ready to pull the rv home they had trouble getting the things that were missing to Work---great more waiting. They hooked the rv up and we were on our way home--we thought. While driving the emergency cable came loose, forcing us off the road and nearly killing us. The dealership had not hooked it up right.

Unbelievable that Winnebago would put us in this danger. Of course they would not except responsibility for their *** mistake-told us we must have snagged the cable on something. So we spend a big chunk of money with you--you then hook up our trailer wrong and try to say its something we did. This Rv dealership is making Winnebago looked bad and we are very, very dissatisfied in the way this went down.
