Below is an email I wrote the Winnebago. The answer just received form the factory, paraphrased "That is why we offer a warranty and have dealers"!

It is apparent that customer concern is not Winnebago's concern! I would consider a different manufacturer if I were you! Photo's and video will be posted later both on this site as well as YouTube! Comments: I am not sure there will be enough space to show HOW UNHAPPY we are with your product!

I will give an overview of major issues from delivery to today as we sit in an RV park in Amarillo, TX. Rear bath door broken; side bath door (half bath) broken; all light switch panels broken; hot water/heating system broken; latches for refrig broken; laundry door latch broken; front door trim fabric untucked around door glass; check strap for front door rivets loose causing a constant rattle; right front brake line hitting tire guard creating a loud noise driving down road; right front tire housing loose (great rattle); dash lights at night pulsate at low setting; entertainment cabinet located on side wall overhead----screws not screwed into metal brackets---falling off wall caused significant rattle going down highway on the way to Colorado; auto jacks will not hold position each time they are deployed; windshield wiper trim missing; windshield wiper arm attachment bolts rusting; GPS, Radio System broke on our way to Amarillo. Outside camera's are cycling back and forth----non functional. Had to buy a portable GPS today to finish the trip: very loud and annoying rattle coming from under the dash assembly.

I am sure I am forgetting some other items but I think you can get the drift that we are VERY upset over the lack of professionalism taken to build this coach. We are now saddled with a major dollar P-O-S. We have recorded the GPS-Camera-Radio going crazy and a 2x4 used to hold the cabinet on the wall----would not be good press for Winnebago for a brand new top of the line coach from your company. Is this something Winnebago is proud to deliver to customers?

It appears there is absolutely no quality checks...if there were these things would not happen. You may point the finger at the dealer and yes some items they can be blamed for but you are the manufacturer and 100 percent of the quality comes back to you...the manufacturer.

In my opinion you should be embarrassed for such poor quality. We obviously have had major issues....or is this what all your customers have to live through???
