Ordered and took delivery May 21, 2015 of a 2016 Itasca, Navion 24j. Fifth day of use roof AC/Heat pump quit working in Phoenix, Arizona. Told by LaMesa RV it had a catastrophic failure. Spent 10 days in a hotel waiting for a new unit. Winnebago stated it wasn't their problem, it was Coleman's problem. There was a replacement unit in Phoenix, but Coleman would not give authorization to get it. When the replacement unit arrived it was sent back because of damage in shipping. Only then did Winnebago get involved.My unit has been in the shop 3 more times for the AC/Heat pump and the refrigerator not working on propane, battery or shore power. The LED lights were burning out. Always an electrical issue. This RV has been in the shop for repairs for over 3 months in the first year I have owned it. I finally have filed Lemon law papers to have Winnebago buy it back
