Winnebago Industries - Wanted to help diagnosing my compartment to stage air-condit
After waiting on the line for about 30 minutes for a customer service person I finally hanged up. A customer like me who has owned five Winnebago products. The last one being a 2005 Vectra that was the finest motorhome you made that year. Not very happy with customer service. Winnebago Industries - Faded siding on one side only!
We bought a 2015 Mini Winnie. The left side is terribly faded! I called to Winnebago to complain and their response was that we needed to wash it once a month! Come on! This is ridiculous and definitely not caused by not washing it! The back and right side are perfectly fine! We also had three tires go on it by the second year! One blew out to shreds! You definitely do NOT get what you pay for!
Winnebago did not provide adaquate support for the driver side slide out. Neglected to add rollers under island portion resulting in twisted slide, vinyl being torn out of floor, and discontinued use until repaired. They have a repair kit to correct but never advised...

Nothing seems to be covered by warranty, things they install are never covered, the door between the living room and bedroom will not stay shut while driving and they will not fix it properly! They have had our 2016 rv more than we have! I want our money back in this piece of crap!
