We have a 2015 Vista 35F that we bought new in Aug 2015. Recently we noticed cracks on the roof.
The roof is suppose to be covered for 10yrs. We had a representative from Winnebago come out to the dealership and were told the cracks would be repaired. When the dealerships body shop went to do the repairs he said this would not fix the problem. The problem is the the fiberglass was put on to tight & we need a new roof.
I can't get anyone from Winnebago to come back out look at the roof again. I keep getting the run around & told that someone will be out next week to look at it. It's been 3 weeks now that it's still sitting at the dealership.
The worst part is that we most likely bought the RV with this problem but we never checked the roof on inspection. This is terrible customer service especially on a new vehicle.
