Our greatest disappointment has been spending almost $100K on a brand new 2014 Winnebago ERA and learning that the dealer, other Winnebago service centers AND Winnebago headquarters in Forest City, IA will NOT stand by the new Winnebago or service it properly. All the homework and research we did prior to the purchase could not have prepared us for the absolute nightmare we encountered with Winnebago right after we drove off the lot.
The problems with the new Winnebago RV have been countless and have caused our family a lot of grief. On one occasion we were also put in harms way in a most disturbing way. I will add more to this post, which will include names, all our correspondence and other details, depending on how Winnebago resolves issues with the new RV. As of now it is over 40 days and Winnebago still will not bring proper resolution.
