Purchased our 2019 Forza 36G a few months ago. In hindsight this was a bad decision. Dealer we purchased from boasted about how great a product this Motor Home was.

After owning a few months and traveling about 3,000 miles my conclusion of this unit is; Built with middle of the road product,very poor workmanship, many items that were poor designed and/or engineered, little or no quality control.

ITEMS IN NEED OF REPAIR BEFORE LEAVING THE DEALER;

multiple Roller Shades hung crooked, multiple paint chips, adhesive on floor, bedroom Headboard not secured to the wall, Kitchen counter Back Splash fell off, Fresh water tank not secured causing broken water piping, filthy interior (never corrected), Rear Cap molding falling off, Dinette table installed crooked, and a few additional complaints not corrected.

ITEMS IN NEED OF WARRANTY REPAIR;

Street side slide making a loud popping noise when extending or retracting, Curbside side bedroom slide noisy when extending or retracting, Curbside living room slide squeaking and rattling when traveling, Dash air operates intermittently, rear brake lights work intermittently, shower enclosure makes a popping noise when walking on bathroom floor, Transmission dipstick plastic inlet and Transmission dipstick cap are now oval shaped resulting from improper installation, coach wanders at speeds above 55 MPH.

ITEMS I HAVE REPAIRED OR PAID TO HAVE REPAIRED.

Coach was 2" lower at left rear than right side, two baggage doors out of adjustment, bathroom door would not stay closed when traveling, right front mudflap squeaked and rattled from broken welds, shower enclosure door installed backwards (had to step over the toilet to get in and out), wood molding on shower wall fell off, shower light trim ring kept falling off, bedroom floor 1/4 round molding not secured, fuel fill access doors rattled in windy driving conditions, back cap of coach louver assembly was never secured, sewer access door so small that the hose end had to be removed and reinstalled for use, freezer ice tray can not be left in place when traveling, glass shelf in refrigerator slide out of place when traveling,

Front hood strut failed at 3,500 miles.

UNRESOLVED PROBLEM;

sewer hose can not be placed on stands because Auto Level system allows coach to sit too low (Winnebago says use manual leveling to cure the problem).

A manufacturer that should be ashamed and embarrassed to sell product like this to the public. Maybe they should consider selling there product in third world countries.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Preferred solution: REFUND MY MONEY.

I liked: Floor plan.

I didn't like: Quality.

The complaint is too long to read in its entirety, but as a frequent site user I can tell you that RVs are one of the most oft-complained about items that appear here. I don't own an RV, but from what I glean they are built by any number of subcontractors, each of whom readily passes the buck ; the dealerships selling a conglomerated product have every way known to man to deny post sale obligations as we know it ( re: auto dealers who are outlets for a true manufacturer ).

The large number of extras and features in an RV become, as you have clearly indicated, a "punch list" of problems to deal with forever after and may never get nailed down to your satisfaction. I've heard that there are 2 happy days in an RV owner's life : the day you take delivery and the day you see it in your rear view mirror as you leave it behind, sold .....
